Unifying ‘Lateral’ View with ‘Advanced’ View Elements

To improve usability and readability across all our views, we’ve unified the ‘Advanced’ view elements into the ‘Lateral’ view. This way, we’ll use the new user and resource cards, along with their associated functionalities: access to active calls, status colors, among others.
Unified Design for Assign/Reassign Pop-up Window

In the ‘Advanced view’, a version of the pop-up window was created to assign and reassign calls using the new user and resource cards. By incorporating these cards into the ‘Lateral view’ as well, the assignment and reassignment window has been unified, taking advantage of its full-screen size, distance and time sorting, and resource and user search function. It’s much simpler to see and use - try it if you haven’t already!
General Map Improvements

Continuing with the application’s visual and design improvements, several changes originally introduced in the ‘Advanced view’ have been applied and unified:
- Unified markers: the same map markers are now used regardless of the applied view.
- Marker panels: the design of marker information panels has been improved and updated. Check them out!
- More intuitive search: we’ve also optimized the call and resource search functions on the map.
Replacing ‘Points of Interest’ with ‘Locations’ on the Map

The ‘Points of Interest’ map functionality has been removed and replaced with ‘Locations’. This functionality was already operational in clients and providers, allowing association of an address and additional data to each one. Now, on the map, it’s possible to associate addresses without necessarily linking them to a client or provider.
Main Navigation Bar Search Improvement

We’ve optimized the data you’ll see when searching for a call through the top navigation bar search. You’ll be able to view the date, time, whether it’s deferred or nocturnal, the assigned user and resource, as well as the license plate. For performance reasons, we only show the last four results that match your search. If you can’t find what you need, try entering more specific data.
Optimization of IMA, RACE and RACC ‘Company Closures’

We’ve optimized the design of pop-up windows for the specific ‘company closure’ functionality of IMA, RACE and RACC. We’ve also reviewed their operation and fixed some bugs. In RACC’s specific case, management has been separated between ‘company closure’ and ‘confirmation’.
