We've changed the application's default interface and launched the new Conciliation feature, available for Allianz Partners, AXA Partners, Europ Assistance, Mutua Madrileña, RACC, and RACE.

Making the ‘Lateral’ Interface the New ‘Default’ Interface

To improve design and usability, the Lateral interface is now the system’s default view, renamed to ‘Default’. With this update, we want you to experience improvements that facilitate call management, optimizing your workflow through the use of color, user and resource iconography, and customizable settings. If you prefer, you can still opt for the ‘Classic’ interface when needed.

Conciliations

Starting with version 2.11.2, you’ll have access to the new Conciliation feature, available in BETA for GA Cloud.

With Conciliation, you can complete calls up to the invoiced status and generate invoices based on data submitted by the company.

  • Who can access this feature? All GA Cloud users.
  • For which companies? Allianz Partners, AXA Partners, Europ Assistance, Mutua Madrileña, RACC, and RACE.
  • What document formats are supported? PDF, TXT, CSV, XLS, and XLSX.

The application will automatically associate your calls with those in the conciliation, and if it detects discrepancies, you can easily correct them manually or automatically. You can also search for calls and add those that haven’t been found.

Remember that conciliation documents are available on the corresponding company’s platform.
